Fourth Annual Victor Metoyer Memorial Photo Contest
Victor Metoyer was a consummate artist and beloved member of the Bedford Boomers. The Boomers have continued the tradition he established of hosting a railroad themed photo contest as part of our annual exhibition and renamed it the Annual Victor Metoyer Memorial Photo Contest in his honor.
