If you or your organization are participating at our show, please take a few minutes to look over the following detailed schedule of events. In order to enter the McKelvie Middle School prior to 10:00 AM on Sunday November 2nd you MUST display a security badge. Entrance to the school will be limited to only the front door. Everyone must check in and pick up their badge.
Note: There is lots of activity and many people running around the school Friday night and all day Saturday. Badges are the only way to ensure the safety and security of everyone's equipment. If you have not already turned in your name or the names of people in your organization who will need badges, please do so NOW by sending e-mail to:

lay mats over gym floor, mask off areas for groups and organizations.
Equipment unloading will not begin until the cafeteria and gymnasium are prepared |
| 6:00 PM | Unloading of equipment. Parking in the rear of the building is
restricted to people unloading modules and equipment.
Please unload your equipment as quickly as possible and move your vehicle to make room for someone else. |

| Morning | Set up continues. Boomers - we have been requested to delay the final placement of module scenery until all of the modules have been clamped, leveled, and electrically connected. |
| 2:00 PM | Edwin R. Permon Award ballots available. Please do not forget to pick up a ballot and vote for a module. |
| 6:00 PM | Dinner. Menu and cost are still t.b.d. Reservations must be made in advance and honored. Please pay when you get your badge if you have not already paid for dinner. |
