If you or your organization are participating at our show, please take a few minutes to look over the following detailed schedule of events. In order to enter the McKelvie Middle School prior to 10:00 AM on Sunday November 6th you MUST display a security badge. Entrance to the school will be limited to only the front door. Everyone must check in and pick up their badge.

Friday Starting At 6:00PM
Saturday Starting At 8:00AM
Sunday Starting At 8:00AM

There are NO tables available at the school this year.  Participants who need tables will need to supply their own. 

Note: There is lots of activity and many people running around the school Friday night and all day Saturday. Badges are the only way to ensure the safety and security of everyone's equipment. If you have not already turned in your name or the names of people in your organization who will need badges, please do so NOW by sending e-mail to:
